Everything you need to know to get the most out of Adam Invoicing.
1Setting up your first company
After signing up, head to Companies and click 'New company'. Fill in your business name, country, currency, tax ID and upload your logo. You can adjust the logo size and position so it looks perfect on PDF invoices.
2Adding customers
Go to Customers → New customer. Enter the client's name, billing address, country, tax ID and contact email. These details are auto-filled when you create an invoice for them.
3Building a product catalog
Open Products → New product. Add a name, description, unit price and default tax rate. You can pick saved products inside any invoice — name and description appear together on the PDF.
4Creating an invoice
Click Invoices → New invoice. Pick the customer, choose a series, add product lines (or type custom ones), set tax and discount per line. Totals are computed automatically. Save as draft or issue immediately.
5Exporting and sending the PDF
Open any invoice and click 'Preview PDF' or 'Download PDF'. The PDF carries your logo, company branding and a clean line breakdown including product names and descriptions.
6Tracking payments
From the invoice detail page mark it as paid once payment lands. Your dashboard shows outstanding totals, overdue invoices and recent activity.
7Switching between companies
Use the company switcher in the top bar to move between businesses. Each company keeps its own invoices, customers, products and numbering series.
